Our rings are custom made to order. Please allow for a 6 week timeframe for your order to arrive.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn merchandise, for any reason. The merchandise must be free of scratches, debris, and in original packaging. There is a $60 restocking fee deducted from your original form of payment. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label, on us. Your refund will be delivered within 7-14 business days from your return confirmation date.

Stone + Set Co. will provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label. A $60 restocking fee will automatically be deducted from your original purchase price refund.

Please be sure you have the correct ring size prior to placing an order. Stone + Set is not able to help with resizing after it has been shipped. Rings can generally be resized up to 2 sizes up or down by your local jeweler. Stone + Set is not responsible for any damage to the ring once it leaves our studio. We recommend using a printable ring sizer to scale or discreetly finding out your partners ring size by having them try on similar jewelry or hunting through rings they already own. Please see ‘What is my ring size?’ for more tips.

Lab diamonds are the same material as natural diamonds created in a controlled technical process vs. in nature. Because of this, they are customizable and lower in price for the same beautiful material.

Moissanite is a gemstone with a chemical structure similar to a diamond, yet has more sparkle due to its refractive index. With a hardness rating of 9.25 - 9.50 (vs. diamond hardness 10), moissanite is suitable for daily wear - what’s not to love?

All of our metal materials are excellent, durable choices. Gold metals are more likely to get bent but not scratched, platinum is more likely to get scratched and not bent. They are both very good for daily and longterm wear.

Any activity that may bend, stretch or soil your ring, such as cleaning with chemicals, lifting heavy weights or excessive sweating. Moissanite is exceptionally hard and durable, so no need to worry about the vibrance fading over time. Use your best judgement when wearing your Stone + Set piece and enjoy!

Care and cleaning is an essential part of keeping your jewelry looking new. We recommend using a drop of oil free dish soap in water and a soft bristle brush to gently remove debris from your ring. We also recommend regular checkups at your local jeweler where they can make sure everything is secure and clean the ring in a special ultrasonic cleaner. If the ring is a surprise, you could ask one of their close friends or parent what the ring size is. You can also do some recon and find other rings they wear on that finger and match the size with a printable ring size chart.

If the ring is not a surprise or a gift for yourself- we recommend seeing your local jeweler to get measured or using a printable, scaled ring sizer.

Remember, you can size up or down 2 sizes at your local jeweler if the size is off, but do your best to get the exact size as resizing can affect the structural integrity of the setting.
